Casa Lavera

Casa Lavera, a historic house located in Rancocas Village, New Jersey, is a true gem of its time. Built in 1874 with stone, the house has kept its charming appearance throughout the years. As the fifth owners of this magnificent house, we decided to dedicate its name after Todd's mother, Lavera, in 2020. We knew that she would have enjoyed the house and its beautiful surroundings, just like we are. Casa Lavera has become a sanctuary for our bees, who now have the privilege of enjoying the fruit trees and flowers that we have planted around the property. The house is not only a reflection of our past, but it is also a beautiful reminder of how we can all cherish and preserve history for future generations to come.

Lavera was a person who had a deep appreciation for the outdoors, with a particular fondness for flowers and trees. Her love for nature was evident in every aspect of her life, from how she tended to her garden to how she interacted with animals, such as our beloved Maxwell. It is no surprise, then, that she would be proud of what has been created in the property that bears her name. This place is a testament to Lavera's passion for nature, and it is a beautiful tribute to the life she lived. Every flower and every tree is a reminder of her love for the natural world, and every visitor who comes here can feel her presence in the beauty that surrounds them.

Casa Lavera is a true testament to our region's rich history and culture. This beautiful property has been preserved since 1874 and has changed very little since those times, which makes it a unique and important landmark. Casa Lavera's

The gardens at Casa Lavera are a stunning display of color and life. From the vibrant blooms of the flowers to the lush greenery of the trees, every inch of the garden is teeming with beauty and vitality. This is not only a delight for the human visitors who come to explore the property, but it is also a haven for our honey bees. The bees buzz from flower to flower, collecting nectar and pollinating the plants, and in turn, providing us with delicious honey. For visitors, the gardens offer a tranquil retreat from the stresses of daily life. The peaceful atmosphere and serene surroundings allow them to forget their problems and simply enjoy the beauty of nature. It is a place where one can be fully present in the moment, taking in the sights, smells, and sounds of the garden, and finding solace in its simple yet profound beauty.
